An invention provides a technical solution to a problem. The utility model (or small patent of invention, as it is fondly called) is a title conferred to protect an invention. Instruments of work or parts thereof or objects, in as much as they are useful for work or any usage for which it is intended, thanks to a new configuration, arrangement or disposition and which is susceptible to industrial application is a utility model.

  1. Detailed description of the object of invention to enable a man in the same field to reproduce the said object;
  2. Claims;
  3. Formal drawings of the design;
  4. Descriptive abstract of the object of invention;
  5. Priority document (if any);
  6. Assignment of priority (if any);
  7. Power of Attorney (notarization not required).
